I already own the original Rez. Twice in fact, on Dreamcast and PlayStation 2, and yet it’s a game that never really clicked with me. As a result I wasn’t at all bothered about the appearance of Rez HD on Xbox Live Arcade today. Why is it then I have just topped up my points balance and bought it then? I suppose I may have been swayed by the dozen or so people on my friend’s list playing it. I haven’t tried it for myself yet though as I’m currently suffering from the slowest download speed from the Marketplace I’ve ever experienced. The thing is I probably won’t play it much once it has downloaded. Stupid impulse purchases, damn my lack of will power, etc.
